Mobile Access In Four Quick Steps
Getting in on a phone takes four steps, and none of them need an app store. First, open the current site in the browser on your phone — Chrome or Safari both work. Then check the device line on your account page, which shows what your screen and browser support. Sign in with your password and the one-time code we send, or
use the fingerprint unlock you set earlier. Finally, save the page to your home screen so it opens like an icon next time. If a native build is released for your device, the same account page carries the link.
- Open the current site — Use Chrome or Safari on your phone and load the same address you would on a desktop, so you land in the live lobby rather than an old copy.
- Check device support — Your account page shows which browsers we support today and whether a native build is offered for your handset; check there before you install anything from another source.
- Sign in securely — Enter your password, then the one-time code we send to your phone; on a handset with biometrics you can register a fingerprint instead and skip the typing next time.
- Save it to your home screen — Add the page as a shortcut so the lobby launches in one tap, and the alerts you switched on arrive the same way as your other phone notifications.
